Yes, you need to scan the QR code for both order ahead and instant pickup.
The order ahead is valid for 15 minutes after the preparation time, and you can scan the QR of your order and receive your coffee. If more than 15 minutes have passed, you have to wait 1 hour.
If you do not receive your order ahead twice within 1 week, your membership will be closed for 1 week for order ahead, you can only use instant pickup. Don't forget, you have to scan the QR when you take your order ahead.
You can cancel your order ahead up to 5 minutes before the order preparation time. Unfortunately, the order cannot be canceled if it has been entered within the last 5 minutes.
Yes, you experience Frink free for 24 hours on your first trial. If you do not cancel your membership, the package fee you have chosen is withdrawn and your monthly or yearly membership is started.
