What is Frink?

Frink is the first and only coffee membership application. With your Frink membership, you can get as much coffee as you like from all member businesses, hassle-free.

Why should I become a member of Frink?

If you are a coffee lover and do not limit your coffee enjoyment, you should become a member.

How can I become a member?

After logging into the Frink application with telephone number, you can become a member by selecting the package that suits you best and assign your card.

How long does a subscription valid after the first payment?

Monthly subscription is valid for 30 days, annual subscription is valid for 365 days.

Do I have to re-start my monthly subscription every month?

After you start your subscription, your card will be charged every 30 days and your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel. All you have to do is enjoy your coffee.

What happens when the subscription period I pay for is over?

Subscription continues unless you cancel it. However, if a debit card or virtual card is added, it may be necessary to define the card again at the end of the relevant period.

How do I use my subscription?

You can order remotely and have your coffee ready when you arrive, or you can order it while your are at Frink spots. To get your coffee, all you have to do is show the QR after ordering at the cash register.

Is it necessary to use the mobile application to benefit from subscription?

Yes, you must show the QR code in your Frink application scanned to the cashier.

Which cafes are the member of the Frink spots?

The number of Frink spots are increasing day by day. You can go to Frink Spots to see.

Can I get unlimited coffee with my subscription?

No, you can take only one coffee in an order. You have to wait 1 hour to get the other coffee.

How often can I get coffee? Is there a time interval between two coffee?

In order to protect your health, 1 hour should pass between two coffee taking.

Can someone else take coffee with my membership?

Memberships can only be used by the members, not someone else.

Can I log in with someone else's phone number and subscribe to myself?

Memberships are created uniquely by phone number, so you need to log in with your own phone number.

Why do I need to upload my photo to be a member?

Memberships are private and you need to upload a photo with an clear face to get to know you.

What is a remote order/pre-order? Are you bringing my coffee to me?

Pre-order is the order model where the coffee is ready when you arrive to the store. There is no delivery, you have to go to the store and get your prepared coffee.

Where can I see when my subscription started?

You can see it under the "Transactions" heading from "Transaction History" in the menu.

How can I invite my friend? How do I share invitation code with my friends ?

You can share the code using social media tools by clicking the "Invite a Friend" tab in the left menu and clicking the "Share code" button.

How do I pay the subscription fee?

Membership fee can be paid with credit cards, virtual cards and debit cards that support monthly withdrawals.

Can I pay with a debit card?

Payment can be made with debit cards, but it may be necessary to check the subscription every month on the date of membership renewal. Recurring payment cannot be received from some debit cards. Otherwise, the membership will expire at the end of the monthly period.

No automatic fee is charged from my debit / virtual card and my membership is not renewed. How can I fix it?

You have to make sure the card limit is adequate. Also, some debit / virtual cards do not support monthly automatic withdrawal. At the end of each subscription period, you may need to assign your card again.

Can I pay by cash, bank transfer or EFT?

Unfortunately, payment by cash, bank transfer or EFT is not supported.

What should I pay attention to in order to receive regular payments from my card?

The card limit must be adequate, the card must support online transactions and automatic withdrawal.

Is my card information safe?

We use Masterpass product of Mastercard, one of the world's most reliable infrastructure providers, for card storage and digital payment transactions. Any card information is not stored by Frink.

What is Masterpass?

Masterpass is Mastercard's digital payment solution. It stores your card information in a secure infrastructure and allows you to pay quickly and safely

Is my debit/credit card required to have the Mastercard logo?

You can save not only your cards with the Mastercard® logo, but also all debit and credit cards in the Masterpass infrastructure.

I previously saved my card information in different app on Masterpass. Can I use it here too?

Since your card information is already registered on Masterpass, you can easily use it and complete the payment.

What happens if there is a change in subscription plan and fees?

Frink reserves the right to make changes in subscription plans. The changes are shared with members and are not applied before 30 days after the notification.

Where can I find my invoice?

You can see it under the "Transactions" heading from "Transaction History" in the menu.

Can I create an invoice on behalf of the company?

You can touch the "Corporate" option on the "Invoice Information" screen at the payment stage to fill in the relevant information and create it.

What if there is no limit on my card at the subscription renewal date?

The fee will be tried to charge in the next 4 days. If the fee cannot be paid, the membership is completely canceled after 5 days.

How can I use the friend invite code?

While purchasing the subscription, you can enter the invitation code on the reference code screen after the membership information screen and apply the discount. It is valid only for the first subscription and can be used once.

Can I buy and gift individual memberships for my friend?

Unfortunately, membership cannot be gifted at this time.

Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

I changed my phone number, can I move my subscription to my new number?

You need to contact customer service.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the "Membership" tab in the menu in the Frink mobile application.

After I cancel my membership, can I use my subscription until the end of the payment period I am in?

If you take coffee after your subscription renewal, you can benefit your subscription until the end of the current payment period.

Do I have the right to withdraw based on my membership?

If you do not benefit from your membership within 14 days from the date you created a membership or from the date of membership renewal, you have the right to withdraw without any reason. You can use your right of withdrawal and get a refund of your subscription fee.

How can I use my right of withdrawal?

You can use the right to cancel your subscription and withdraw from the "Membership" tab in the menu in the Frink mobile application.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your membership through the "Membership" tab in the menu in the Frink mobile application.

I got a abuse email, what is this?

Frink memberships are personal and can only be used by members. If it is understood that the membership has been used by someone else, a warning mail will be sent first. If the behavior continues, the account will be blocked and assigned as fraud

I learned that my membership was closed due to fraud. What should I do?

If the fraud continues, your membership will be blocked and you will not be able to use Frink again. You cannot get a refund for the remaining subscription fee.
